what happens when you are convinced your daughter will be a tomboy

  • always the way isn't it?! I've had the same sort of thing with my daughter..or maybe it was wishful thinking on my part that she wouldn't be into "pink, dolls and lipgloss"!!

  • You never know...my daughter and her best friend, LUKE, always dressed like that when they were 2 and 3. Now, at 8, she's a COMPLETE (please pass the nunchucks and can I have a mullet?) Tomboy. He's a complete boy-boy. I kind of miss the pink taffeta. Love your blog.

    Oh, and fyi,*I* was all into Pretty pink fairy costumes at her age, and then when I hit about 8 or 9, I was so into sk8r (<-- haha) outfits and trucker hats with runners and fat laces... until I became preppy (Smiths fan) then mod...

    Ah, yes... those days will come back to haunt me through my daughters... LOL!
